Stainless Steel with 18k Gold Plating
We use high grade Stainless Steel for its corrosion resistance, strength, and long lasting shine. Ideal for daily wear, this metal maintains its polished look over time and is gentle on the skin. All of our stainless steel styles are finished with a luxurious layer of 18k gold plating, combining elegance with everyday durability.
18K gold plated jewellery refers to pieces made with a base metal, such as stainless steel or sterling silver, that are coated in a layer of 18 karat gold. This process gives the earrings a luxurious look and radiant shine of genuine gold, all at a more affordable price

While 18K gold plated jewellery is resistant to tarnish, exposure to certain chemicals
and environments may affect its shine over time.
Avoid contact with:
- Perfume, lotions, and hair products
- Chlorine (pools and hot tubs)
- Saltwater
- Harsh cleaning agents
Over time, natural skin oils and air exposure can cause slight dulling of gold plating. This is normal and can be easily maintained with proper care.
Storing Your Earrings
To prevent scratching, tangling, or tarnishing:
- Use the handmade pouch provided with your order to keep your jewellery protected and separate from other items
- Store earrings in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight and humidity

Why might the gold hue of my earrings look a little different in person compared to the photos online?
We understand how important it is for your jewellery to look just as beautiful in person as it does online.
The difference you are noticing is often due to variations in lighting and screen settings.
Our product photos are taken in a professional studio with controlled lighting to highlight the intricate details and craftsmanship of each piece. Natural lighting, room lighting, and even your device’s screen brightness and colour settings can all influence how the gold appears sometimes making it look warmer, cooler, or shinier than it really is.
Rest assured, every piece is made with the same high quality materials you see online.
Ordering Support
What updates will I receive about my order?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email to let you know we’ve received it. When your items are carefully prepared and on their way, we’ll send a dispatch email with all the details. After your delivery, we’ll follow up with a gentle invitation to share your experience. We truly value your thoughts.
Can I change my delivery address?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may still be able to update your delivery address. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number and the new details, and we’ll do our best to assist. Once an order has been shipped, however, changes are no longer possible.
How can I cancel or amend my order?
Once your order has been placed and payment confirmed, changes may no longer be possible due to the swift nature of our processing. However, we invite you to contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible, if your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch, we will do our utmost to assist with a cancellation.
Should we be unable to cancel in time, you are of course welcome to return the items once received. Please note that we are unable to make amendments to existing orders.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we do. For an added touch of elegance, you can select our signature gift packaging at checkout for £5. Your items will be beautifully wrapped perfect for a thoughtful gift or a well deserved treat for yourself. You’re also welcome to include a personal message, which we’ll hand write with care.
Deliveries and Returns
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with all your order details, including a Royal Mail tracking number.
You can follow your parcel’s journey by entering the tracking number directly on the Royal Mail website.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. If updates aren’t visible right away, we kindly ask for your patience and recommend checking back a little later. Should you need any further assistance, our Customer Care team is always here to help.
How long will delivery take, and what are the associated costs?
Our orders are dispatched with the utmost care and attention. Delivery times and associated costs will be presented at checkout, tailored to your chosen destination and preferred service. Should you require expedited shipping or special arrangements, our Customer Care team will be delighted to assist.

We are delighted to offer delivery across the United Kingdom.
Can I return my items?
We sincerely hope your chosen piece brings you joy from the moment it arrives. However, should you decide otherwise, we are pleased to offer a simple and graceful return process.
You are welcome to return or exchange your item within 30 days of purchase. To preserve the integrity and hygiene of our pieces:
- Earrings must be returned in their original, unopened and unworn condition, nestled within their pristine packaging.
- We kindly ask that earrings are not tried on prior to return, in keeping with our commitment to exceptional standards of care.
- Should you return earrings for exchange, or refund, both pieces must be included to allow us to process your request promptly.
A £3.65 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
