Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders are shipped via tracked delivery through Royal Mail or a comparable courier service.

Fully tracked and secure, with delivery aimed within 1–3 business days after dispatch. -
Complementary UK Delivery: Free on all orders over £80
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase. During busy periods (sales, promotions, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your delivery from us to your doorstep.
Packaging
Each order is thoughtfully packed in our signature As You Are London pouch—luxurious, elegant, and perfect for gifting or keeping your jewellery safe.
We use FSC-certified, eco-conscious packaging, because we believe that timeless beauty should never come at the expense of the planet.
Delivery Delays
Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays (such as postal strikes, weather disruptions, or increased seasonal demand) may occur and are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses & Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. As You Are London cannot be held responsible for items not received due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or missed delivery, a redelivery fee will apply.
International Shipping
Currently, we only offer domestic UK shipping. We are working on expanding internationally—stay tuned.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem, returns are accepted within 30 days. A £3.65 handling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can only be returned if the seal remains intact. Once the seal has been broken, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please see our full Returns Policy for details.
